Do you work with students?
I offer teaching and tutoring services on a group and individual basis, but do not
translate, edit or proofread student work that is turned in for a grade.

How do you protect confidentiality?
I am committed to your privacy, and your information is kept confidential and private.

What computer platforms do you use?
I can handle PC- or Macintosh-formatted documents.

What type of payment do you accept?
I accept check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard. You may also make payments
via Paypal.

What are your service rates in my currency?
To calculate to-the-minute exchange rates, please use the Universal Currency
Converter at http://www.xe.com/ucc.

How do you count the words in a translation?
The word count is taken from the source (original) document, using Microsoft
Word's "Word Count" feature.

How do I get started ordering a translation?
Please email me or fill out this form (link to contact page form, if possible)
and tell me about your project--for example, is it a personal correspondence/letter,
or are you curious how much it would cost to translate your company's catalog into
Spanish? I will get back to you as soon as possible, usually the same business
day.
